Representatives Green and Moses had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representative Cowdery had been previously excused from a call of the House through evening plane time and his presence was noted later. Representatives Croft, James, Kerttula, Kohring, Masek, Ogan, Sanders, and Whitaker were absent and their presence was noted later.
