Representatives Dyson and Joule had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representative Hudson was excused from a call of the House today due to illness. Representative Mulder was absent and his presence was noted later. Representative Therriault was absent. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Kott be excused from a call of the House until 9:34p.m., plane time, February 20, 2000. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The invocation was offered by the Reverend Larry Olson of the Eagle Wings Community Church. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal. There being no objection, it appears below: Our Lord and Our Creator, May those who live in fear be protected. May those who are sick receive care, treatment, and healing.
