Representative Moses was absent and later excused (page 1708). Representative Kapsner was absent and her presence was noted later. Representatives Brice, Kemplen, Masek and Sanders were absent. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Ogan be excused until plane time, this evening. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
