Representatives Austerman, Kapsner and Rokeberg had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Masek and Williams were excused from a call of the House today due to illness. Representative Kookesh was absent. Representative Barnes, who is excused through 9:20 p.m., plane time, March 29, 1999 (page 535), was present for today's session. The invocation was sung in Russian and English by Teri Tibbett. Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
