Representatives Coghill, Cowdery, Kapsner, Kott, Moses, Ogan and Whitaker had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Berkowitz, Croft and Joule were absent and their presence was noted later. Representative Williams was absent. The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Reverend Ellen Younker of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
