Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (Senate journal page 1694). CCS HB 51 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR (Continued) THIRD READING OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SJR 3 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 18, 1999, calendar (page 1625), was read the third time: SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the repeal of regulations by the legislature.
