HOUSE BILL NO. 130                                                            
"An Act adding limited liability companies and limited liability              
partnerships to the organizations that can be authorized to practice           
architecture, engineering, land surveying, and landscape                       
architecture; and relating to state and municipal contracts for                
architectural, engineering, land surveying, and landscape                      
architectural services."

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
HB130 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

HB 130 was read the third time.                                                
Representative Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent that he be              
allowed to abstain from voting due to a possible conflict of interest.         
Objection was heard, and Representative Dyson was required to vote.            
The question being:  "Shall HB 130 pass the House?"  The roll was
