The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 77 An                       
Act relating to civil actions by municipalities and certain public             
corporations and prohibiting certain civil actions by them against             
firearms or ammunition manufacturers and dealers and recommended               
it be replaced with

prohibiting certain civil actions against firearms or
