Senator Duncan was excused from a call of the Senate. Senators Ellis, Pearce were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Bishop Michael Warfel of the Roman Catholic Church, Diocese of Juneau. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread.
