May we open the gift of this day like children, with enthusiasm and joy. Make it totally new to us. Generous God, remind us today of what it means to be a servant. May our challenges become opportunities. May our hearts be moved to acts of kindness and compassion. May the wonder of this new day free our minds to creative solutions to difficult problems.
