Objections were heard and Senators Leman, Lincoln, Adams, Hoffman were required to vote. The question being: Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) Relating to the fisheries management fee proposed by President Clinton, pass the Senate?
