Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1512. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30(JUD) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30(JUD) was read the third time.
