CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the 101st legislative day with the following corrections and the 102nd legislative day be approved as certified by the Chief Clerk. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 325 Page 3201, the motion should read: "Representative Porter moved the appropriation in Section 31, page 47, line 4, under Revenue Operations, be appropriated from the constitutional budget reserve fund under Article IX, section 17(c) of the Alaska State Constitution." MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 17 A message dated April 23, 1998, was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 17(RES) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 17(RES) "An Act establishing the Department of Natural Resources as the platting authority in certain areas of the state; relating to subdivisions and dedications; and providing for an effective date."
