The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Larry Olson of Eagle Wings Community Church. Senator Miller led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. CERTIFICATION Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth legislative days, Senate and House Joint Journal Supplement No. 15 and Senate Journal Supplement No. 8 be approved as certified by the Secretary.
