The Rules Committee considered SENATE CONCURRENT                               
RESOLUTION NO. 8 Approving the revised open meetings                           
guidelines proposed by the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics,             
and recommended it be replaced with                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                           
NO. 8(RLS) Approving in part the revised open                                  
meetings guidelines proposed by the Select                                     
Committee on Legislative Ethics.
