Full Journal pdf1995-03-03 Senate Journal Page 0472 CONSIDERATION OF THE CALENDAR SECOND READING OF HOUSE RESOLUTIONS HCR 11 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Designating March 1995 as Sobriety Awareness Month, commonly referred to as "SAM," was read the second time. Senators Duncan, Lincoln, Adams, Pearce, Sharp, Kelly, Leman, Green, Taylor, Halford, Rieger, Miller, Zharoff, Salo moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross-sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Designating March 1995 as Sobriety Awareness Month, commonly referred to as "SAM," pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 11 Final Passage YEAS: 16 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Excused: Donley, Ellis, Hoffman Absent: Frank and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
