Representative Barnes was excused due to illness. Representatives Finkelstein, MacLean and Martin were absent. The invocation was offered by Bill Choslovsky of the Juneau Jewish Community. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
