Roll call showed 29 members present.  Representatives Davies and               
Masek were excused due to illness.  Representatives Barnes,                    
Finkelstein, Hanley, Kubina, MacLean, Mulder and Therriault were               
absent.                                                                        
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the

confirm appointees to this board; however, the LBA committee is                
directed by statute to review the qualifications of the appointees and

of Grace Schaible, Melphine Evans Reynolds, and Eric Wohlforth, and            
has unanimously agreed all are qualified to represent the people of
