Full Journal pdf1996-05-06 House Journal Page 4494 SB 197 Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 1, following line 14: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) Records maintained by an insurer that state that the subscriber or insured was a victim of domestic violence are confidential and may not be disclosed by an insurer, except with the permission of the applicant, subscriber, or insured, as authorized by the division of insurance, or as authorized by a court of competent jurisdiction." Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?
