SB 79                                                                        
Senator Sharp requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 79(CRA) "An Act relating to errors in surveys                  
of land and amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 4 and 12" be              
taken up.                                                                      
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 79(CRA) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 79(CRA) be held                      
to the April 27 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.               
                                                                               
SB 121                                                                       
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 121 "An Act making an                       
appropriation for deferred maintenance for the University of Alaska;           
and providing for an effective date" be held to April 27.  Without
