Father, we're so thankful for another day of life. I
thank You for these members of the Senate; for the
effect that they've had in my life; and for what they
are working to do for the state of Alaska. I ask
You for guidance and Your wisdom so that in
everything we do we will do our utmost to honor
You instead of lifting ourselves up. I ask for the
conclusion of this session; that it would end quickly
and that Your will would be done in everything that
we do. This we ask in Your Son's name. Amen.
