Senators Donley, Frank, Pearce, Rieger were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Kermit Wilson of the First Church of God. Senator Jacko led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. The presence of Senator Rieger was noted. Senator Duncan called the Senate on the calendar and the rest of the schedule. CERTIFICATION Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the ninety-fifth legislative day be approved as certified by the Secretary. Senator Duncan objected. The presence of Senators Pearce, Donley, Frank was noted. Senator Duncan rose to a point of order citing Uniform Rule 16 and Mason's Manual, Section 197. President Halford stated the point of order was not well taken.
