Senators Donley, Frank, Kelly, Kerttula, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Kayla Epstein of the Juneau Jewish Community. Senator Miller led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. CERTIFICATION Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the eighty-second, eighty-third and eighty-fourth legislative days be approved as certified by the Secretary. Senator Duncan objected. Senator Duncan called the Senate. The presence of Senators Donley, Frank, Kelly, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp was noted. Senator Duncan lifted the call. Senator Duncan withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the journals were approved as certified. RECESS Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess for the purpose of a majority caucus.
