This bill, if enacted into law, would make a total appropriation of            
$760,500 to the University of Alaska to satisfy the monetary terms             
of the collective bargaining agreement with the Alaska Community               
College Federation of Teachers bargaining unit.  The appropriations            
are necessary to satisfy agreed-upon obligations under that agreement.
