SENATE BILL NO. 152 "An Act changing the frequency of certain                  
state inspections of weights and measures and relating to the                  
issuance of citations for weights and measures violations" was read            
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 152 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.  Senator Adams objected, then withdrew            
his objection.  There being no further objections, it was so ordered.          
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 152 was read the third time.                                   
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 152 "An Act                        
changing the frequency of certain state inspections of weights and             
measures and relating to the issuance of citations for weights and             
measures violations" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
