Senators Pearce, Duncan, Zharoff, Lincoln, Little, Donley, Salo                
moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as                        
cosponsors on CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE                             
BILL NO. 91(HES).  Without objection, it was so ordered.                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                      
SENATE BILL NO. 91(HES) "An Act prohibiting unfair                             
discrimination against direct-entry midwives who perform services              
within the scope of their certification; providing for coverage of             
midwife services under Medicaid; reordering the priority of optional           
services provided by the state under Medicaid; and providing for an            
effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
