Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 91(HES) "An Act prohibiting unfair discrimination against direct-entry midwives who perform services within the scope of their certification; providing for coverage of midwife services under Medicaid; reordering the priority of optional services provided by the state under Medicaid; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
