Full Journal pdf1994-04-27 Senate Journal Page 4056 HB 301 Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Transportation Committee referral be waived on CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C) "An Act prohibiting the sale of certain studded tires or the sale of certain studs to be installed in tires; and providing for an effective date." Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the Transportation Committee referral be waived on CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C)? The roll was taken with the following result: CSSSHB 301(L&C) Waive from Transportation Committee? YEAS: 14 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Little, Salo, Zharoff Zharoff changed from "Yea" to "Nay". and so, the Transportation Committee referral was waived. CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C) was referred to the Labor and Commerce, Judiciary and Finance Committees. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the notice and publication requirements be waived and the following citation be made a special order of business and be taken up at this time.
