The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 153(JUD) AM(FLD S) Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 11 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln, Little, Phillips, Salo, Zharoff Kerttula changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 153(JUD) am passed the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Taylor moved the effective date clauses. Senator Duncan objected. Senator Duncan moved that the vote on the effective date clauses be divided as follows: Part A, that being Section 5 and Part B, that being Section 6. President Halford stated the effective dates were divisible. Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn.
