Pursuant to adjournment, the House was called to order by Speaker              
Barnes at 10:22 a.m.                                                           
                                                                               
                                                                               
Roll call showed 36 members present.  Representatives Davidson,                
Hanley, Hoffman and Therriault were absent.                                    
                                                                               
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Cordell E. Reiner           
of the Juneau Seventh-Day Adventist Church.  Representative Parnell            
moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on
