A message dated April 28, 1993, was read stating the Governor has              
signed the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and          
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

A message dated April 28, 1993, was read stating the Governor has              
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 120                                                            
"An Act changing the date by which jury lists must be prepared;               
requiring the use of the list of the current year's permanent fund             
dividend applicants in preparing the jury list; and changing the               
date by which state departments must submit certain lists to the

Urging the Environmental Protection Agency to request a
