HB 123                                                                       
Representative Ulmer brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
123(FSH) (page 1184).                                                          
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(FSH)                                                
"An Act relating to loans for the purchase of quota shares for                
fisheries in or off Alaska."                                                   
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 123(FSH) pass the                
House?"  The roll was taken with the following result:

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House adopt the House Special Committee on Fisheries letter of intent          
(page 547).  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                      
                                                                               
CSHB 123(FSH) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
