Full Journal pdf1994-04-18 House Journal Page 3572 HB 160 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2597) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 160(title am) "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions based on a defect in an improvement to real property; and providing for an effective date." and HOUSE BILL NO. 160 am S(efd fld S) "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions based on a defect in an improvement to real property." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 160(title am), thus adopting HB 160 am S(efd fld S), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 160(title am)?"
