IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Brown: Page 1, line 8, after "appropriation": Insert "or `funds available for appropriation'" Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. 1994-02-14 House Journal Page 2384 HB 58 Representative Martin objected. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Brown: Page 1, line 9, through page 2, line 1: Delete all material and insert: "all money that may be withdrawn from the state treasury during that year in accordance with an appropriation under art. IX, sec. 13, of the state constitution unless the money has already been appropriated during a prior fiscal year and can be withdrawn from the state treasury without further appropriation;" Page 2, line 15: Delete ""unrestricted revenue accruing to the general fund" or" Page 2, line 16: After "balance" insert "to be" 1994-02-14 House Journal Page 2385 HB 58 Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Larson objected. [Comment: #] The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to a call of the Chair. IX, sec. 17" Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Phillips objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 be adopted?"
