Full Journal pdf1994-04-27 Senate Journal Page 3999 SB 210 Message of April was read, stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) "An Act relating to disposals of state land within five miles of the right-of-way of the Dalton Highway to a licensed public utility or a licensed common carrier; relating to disposals of state land 1994-04-27 Senate Journal Page 4000 SB 210 for nonresidential development in nodes of development along the Dalton Highway; requiring licensed public utilities to pay the costs of change, relocation, or removal of a utility facility due to construction of a highway project; and allowing state leases and materials sales for reconstruction and maintenance of state highways and construction or maintenance of airports." Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Donley objected. Senator Sharp called the Senate. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 210(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 210(FIN) am?
