Title Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska requiring that provisions of a bill that levy a state tax, increase the rate of a state tax levy, or repeal or reduce an exemption from a state tax levy require the affirmative vote of a majority of the qualified voters of the state who vote on the question.
Amendments that are adopted are incorporated into the next version of the bill. PDF versions of the amendment may have slight variations from the Journal entry. The Journal should be considered the authoritative version.
