 at 12:12 p.m.  He brought  HB 1001  (APPROP: FIRE AND DISASTER                
 RELIEF) before the committee as the only order of business, and               
 hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the committee,            
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent HB 1001 be                   
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee, the             
 meeting was adjourned at 12:13 p.m.
