CHAIRMAN MILLER brought SB 216 (OMNIBUS STATE FEES & COST
ASSESSMENTS) before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked
for the pleasure of the committee.

she wants to see if the Senate Finance Committee would like to take
a look at it.
