CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 1:55 p.m.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought SCR 32 (SUSPEND UNIFORM RULES FOR HB
109)before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent SCR 32 be approved
for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought SB 136 (APPROP: FY 97 CAPITAL PROJECTS)
back before the committee. The bill was returned to the Rules
Committee from the Senate floor 5/15/95 and a Finance referral was
added 4/29/96. Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of
the committee.
