at 10:52 a.m.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought HB 90 (CONVENING LEGISLATURE AFTER GOV
ELECTION) before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked
for the pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent HB 90 be approved
for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought HB 104 (DISCLOSURE OF JUVENILE RECORDS)
before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
