CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 1:15 a.m.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought HB 328 (DISCOUNT FOR STATE MUSEUM VISIT BY
GROUPS) before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked for
the pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 328 be
approved for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought CSHB 124(FIN) (ABOLISH BD OF NURSING HOME
ADMINISTRATORS) before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he
asked for the pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 124(FIN)
be approved for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so
ordered.
