recovery from a minor's permanent fund dividend for injury or

"An Act relating to permanent fund dividend program notice
requirements, to the ineligibility for dividends of individuals
convicted of felonies or incarcerated for misdemeanors, and to the
determination of the number and identity of certain ineligible
individuals; and providing for an effective date."

CHAIRMAN MILLER called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 1:05 p.m.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought CSHJR 22(STA) (ALASKA/RUSSIA MARITIME
BOUNDARY) before the committee. There being no discussion, he
asked for the will of the committee.
SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 22(STA)
be approved for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so
ordered.
CHAIRMAN MILLER brought CSHB 9(FIN) (DAMAGE TO PROPERTY BY MINORS)
before the committee. There being no discussion, he asked for the
will of the committee.
SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 99(FIN)
be approved for calendaring. Hearing no objection, it was so
ordered.
