The Conference Committee on SB 6 was called to order by Senator
Taylor at 3:52 p.m. All conferees were present with the exception
of Representative Mulder.
SUMMARY INFORMATION
Before the committee was a draft CCS SB 6. Juanita Hensley, Chief
of Driver Services, Department of Public Safety, appeared before
the committee and directed comments to the impact of changes made
in CCS SB 6, as well as responding to questions from the conferees.
Following brief discussion, Representative Navarre moved the
adoption of CCS SB 6 and the House fiscal notes. There being no
objection, Senator Taylor stated the motion carried. The meeting
was adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
