       An Act relating to purchase and sale of mobile homes by                 
       mobile  home  dealers;  to  mobile   home  titles;  and                 
       providing for an effective date.                                        
                                                                               
  Senator Randy Phillips MOVED for passage of CSHB  436 (TRA).                 
  Senator Donley noted need to attend the Senate Floor session
