Representative Patkotak had been excused from a call of the House today. With the deepest respect for the religious beliefs of all Alaskans, I offer the following prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for this day that you have given us to share together in this beautiful place called Alaska. Thank you for this body, the Alaska House of Representatives, as they meet together to do the people's business. Bless them as they serve and grant them the ability to love each other, even when they have differences of opinions.
