Representative Coulombe had been excused from a call of the House today. Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the following members be excused from a call of the House. There being no objection, the members were excused as noted: Representative Wright – from today to 1:00 p.m., February 12 Representative Allard – from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., today The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Joshua Tiner of The Crossing Church, Chugiak. I know many of you have sacrificed much to be here and we are thankful, as a state, for you. And I want you to know in addition to that that we are also praying for you every day. HB 26 was referred to the House Special Committee on Tribal Affairs with further referral to the Finance Committee.
