Senator Costello, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call of the Senate be waived. Without objection, it was so ordered. Messages from the Governor HB 100 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on June 9 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing: HOUSE BILL NO. 100 "An Act relating to allocations of funding for the Alaska Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an effective date." Chapter 4, SLA 2021 Effective Date: 6/10/21 HB 192 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on June 9 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing: 2021-06-11 Senate Journal Page 1270 HOUSE BILL NO. 192 "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional economic assistance program; and providing for an effective date." Chapter 6, SLA 2021 Effective Date: 6/10/21 HB 182 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on June 9 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing: HOUSE BILL NO. 182 "An Act extending the fishery resource landing tax credit for certain taxpayers that harvest fishery resources under the provisions of a community development quota; providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of secs. 16 and 23, ch. 61, SLA 2014; and providing for an effective date." Chapter 8, SLA 2021 Effective Date: 6/10/21 SB 55 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on June 9 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing: SENATE BILL NO. 55 "An Act relating to employer contributions to the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska; and providing for an effective date."
