Senator Bishop, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered today. Senator Kiehl objected, then withdrew his objection. Senator Shower objected. The question being: "Shall the Finance Committee Substitute be Adopted?" Senator Stedman objected. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent to table the bill. Without objection, the bill was tabled with Amendment No. 2 pending.
