(g) The amount of coronavirus capital projects fund receipts, after the appropriations made in (d) - (f) of this section, not to exceed $3,580,000, appropriated in sec. 13 of this Act for grant applications that are denied by the United States Department of the Treasury is reappropriated to the Office of the Governor, office of management and budget, for upgrades and repairs to the Noel Wien Public Library in Fairbanks, as allowed under the Guidance for the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund for States, Territories, and Freely Associated States issued by the United States Department of the Treasury.
