Senator Shower was excused from a call of the Senate. Senators Olson, Wielechowski were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Coghill. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight. Certification Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the journal for the twenty-eighth legislative day of the first special session be approved as certified by the Secretary.
