Senator Reinbold was absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Bishop. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered. Certification Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the journal for the one hundred sixteenth legislative day be approved as certified by the Secretary. HJR 19 The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(TRB) Urging the United States Congress to fully fund the United States Census Bureau for the 2020 Census; urging the governor to prioritize an accurate count for the 2020 Census; and urging local governments to establish local complete count commissions. Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 was read the third time. Senators Costello, Olson, Shower, Kawasaki, Birch, Stevens, Gray- Jackson, Hughes, von Imhof, Micciche, Stedman, Bishop, Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution.
